2019 AHORA Student Days

LATINO Magazine presented an AHORA Student Day at the Carlos Rosario School in Washington, DC. Carlos Rosario is a public charter school with a mission to prepares the diverse adult immigrant population of Washington, DC to become invested, productive citizens and members of American society. After keynote remarks from BP cybersecurity expert and veteran Sean Plankey, students heard from Zuraya Tapia-Hadley, Facebook; Celeste Carrasco, AT&T; Elia Quintana, American Petroleum Institute; and Lance Williams, BP.
