There is much to remember and forget about 2014. Refugees at the border, a
mid-term election, and executive action on immigration, take your pick. But the Latinos and Latinas featured here have given us something in short supply, inspiration. From Tony Tijerino to Lily Eskelsen, they’ve all made a difference in our lives.

Awards? We don’t need no more stinkin’ awards! Yet here they are, just the same. Our best and brightest, our bigots and blowhards,  our bastas and bravos. Plus, in Hype-o-Rama, our pick of things that really shouldn’t have been made such a fuss of, yet were.
